Biography

Colleen Fitzpatrick is the Daso-Herb Endowed Chair for International Experiences in Teacher Education and assistant professor at the University of Toledo. Her research explores the complex and interactional role the context of a classroom, school, district or state plays in how teachers and students experience teaching and learning history. 

Anna Yonas is an assistant professor of curriculum and teaching at the University of Kansas, where she directs the Secondary History, Government, and Social Studies degree. Her research interests include novice teacher preparation and instructional resources relating to controversial and emotionally challenging topics in social studies.
