Biography
Timothy Patterson is Associate Professor of Social Studies Education at Temple University. His scholarship explores the intersection of teacher education and global studies. Patterson’s research has been published in such journals as the Teaching and Teacher Education, the Journal of Teacher Education, Theory and Research in Social Education, and Teachers College Record. Previously, Patterson was a social studies teacher for six years in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
